*DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE RETURNS, PRICING ADJUSTMENTS, OR FREIGHT CREDITS
If you need to return any defective merchandise, or product shipped to you in error, please submit your request using our Return Authorization Request Form. You will be issued a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER that must be clearly marked on the exterior shipping carton.
For price or freight adjustments, please submit your request using our Price and Freight Credit Request.
